We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the primary architect of our internal autonomy. This is a "Day 1" opportunity to make your mark: you won't be managing legacy debt; you will be writing the blueprint for how a modern, agentic company operates. You will be embedded in a small, elite unit with total autonomy to build the systems that power our growth.

- The "Curiosity Gap": You are the person who stays up late testing the latest model release or agentic framework not because you have to, but because you can’t help yourself.
- Speed as a Feature: You move fast. You prototype in hours and ship in days. You understand that in the AI race, the primary advantage is the OODA loop (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act).
- Stability as a Standard: While you move fast, you don't build "toys." You think in terms of scale, error-handling, and observability. You build agentic systems that are resilient enough to run the company.
The Mission
- Architect the Agentic Stack: Design and implement the core framework for our internal agents. You will determine how our "digital workforce" communicates, executes tasks, and learns.
- Build the "Nervous System": Create AI-first workflows for everything from engineering cycles and product intake to customer success and operations.
- Operational Alpha: Your goal is to ensure that as SureVoter scales, our operational overhead remains flat. You are building the "force multiplier" that allows a small team to do the work of a thousand.
- Continuous Evolution: This field changes weekly. You will be responsible for constantly auditing our internal stack and swapping in newer, more efficient models or architectures as they emerge.
What You Bring
- Deep Technical Fluency: Expert-level Python/TypeScript and experience with the modern AI stack (LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGPT, Vector DBs, and LLM fine-tuning).
- Founding Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity. You don't need a roadmap; you enjoy being the one who draws it.
- The "Scale" Filter: Experience building production-grade software. You know how to move from a "cool demo" to a stable system that doesn't fall over when hit with real-world edge cases.
- Radical Agency: You see a bottleneck and you kill it. You don't wait for permission to automate a manual process.
