SureVoter America Foundation
The Foundation is the steward of SureVoter's civic mission — responsible for ensuring the platform earns and keeps the public's trust. It funds access for citizens, runs the grants program, and operates independently of the LLC. Roles here are civic leadership positions: partnerships, grants, policy, research, and communications.

SureVoter ™ LLC engineers the platform itself — the civic AI, the identity architecture, the constituent intelligence infrastructure. It's a small team working on a hard, consequential problem: building the communication and coordination layer between citizens and the people who govern them, at scale, with trust as the only acceptable standard.

The Foundation and the LLC are structurally separate. These values are not.
Every decision is filtered through its impact on civic participation. If it doesn't serve the mission — for citizens, across every party and district — we don't do it.
We tell the truth about what the platform does, what it doesn't do, and what it still has to get right. A civic platform cannot afford intellectual dishonesty at any level.
We own the outcome, not the ticket. If something ships and it isn't right, we fix it. The public good is treated as a personal responsibility on both teams.
The mission is bigger than any of us. We hold our assumptions loosely, invite scrutiny, and learn from the communities we serve rather than presuming to know what they need.
A platform built for all citizens has to be built by people who reflect that breadth. Diverse perspectives are an operating requirement for a nonpartisan organization, not a goal.
The work is hard. The moment is urgent. We push — on the problem, the timeline, and ourselves — without waiting for conditions to be easier. Both teams show up for both.

Lead the Foundation's strategic direction, oversee operations, and serve as its primary representative to civic organizations, government partners, academic institutions, and the public.
Build and manage the Foundation's network of civic organizations, government agencies, and nonpartisan institutions — identifying opportunities for collaboration that extend the platform's reach and impact.
Manage the Foundation's grants program from application through evaluation — ensuring resources flow to organizations that meaningfully advance civic participation and access.
Monitor the legislative and regulatory landscape affecting civic technology, voter access, and AI governance — advising Foundation leadership and helping shape the platform's compliance posture.
Lead the Foundation's public voice — translating a complex mission into clear, trustworthy communication for civic partners, funders, the press, and the general public.
Design and execute the Foundation's civic impact research agenda — measuring outcomes, publishing findings, and ensuring the platform's effect on civic participation is rigorously documented.
