Your Privacy Choices

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

Our Commitment

SureVoter America Foundation ™ does not sell your personal information. SureVoter America Foundation does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This has always been true and remains true today.

SureVoter does not display third-party advertising on the Services, and we do not use your Surely conversations, Civic Profile, or voter-verification information to build advertising profiles, either for our own use or for any third party's use. This page explains your choices even though no sale or sharing, as those terms are defined under state privacy law, currently occurs.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Where required by applicable state law, SureVoter honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Because SureVoter does not sell or share personal information, honoring a GPC signal does not change how the Services function for you, but we log and respect the signal as an opt-out preference on your browser or device.

You can learn more about enabling GPC in a supported browser or browser extension at globalprivacycontrol.org.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services and understand usage, as described in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy . You may control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or, where offered, through an in-product cookie preference tool.

Nevada Residents

Nevada law (NRS 603A) permits Nevada residents to submit a request directing us not to sell certain categories of their personal information to third parties for resale. SureVoter does not sell personal information as defined under Nevada law. If you would like to submit a request regardless, email privacy@surevoter.com with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request,” and we will confirm receipt within a reasonable time.
